Features
Inner ferrule of copper tube ends are soldered by high temperature braze alloy.
Brazed ferrule is welded to the flexible hose by TIG welding.
End of wire braid is covered by outer ferrule, pressed firmly by crimping machine.

Copper tube end, flexible hose, wire braid and the ferrule are brazed together at once.
Weaknesses
High rist of damage to thin flexible hose
Oxidization in wire braid - it can cause breakage of the wire braid.
High risk of deteriorating the vibration absorber by overheat during connection to the piping
